Honz announced that its controlling shareholder, Hong's Investment, has agreed to transfer 5.0004% of the company's shares at a price of RMB 5.34 per share, with a total transfer price of RMB 122 million. After the transfer is completed, Hong's Investment will hold 101 million shares of the company, accounting for 22.2534% of the company's total share capital; Beijing Chenle Asset Management Co., Ltd. - Chenle Jiaxiang No. 4 Private Securities Investment Fund will hold 22.758 million shares of the company, accounting for 5.0004% of the company's total share capital
