# HUALI shareholders plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 3.96%

According to the announcement from HUALI (603038.SH), Ms. Xie Shaozhuang plans to reduce her holdings by a total of no more than 8.0603 million shares through centralized bidding or block trading, accounting for no more than 3% of the company's total share capital. This reduction plan will be carried out within three months starting from the fifteenth trading day after the announcement, specifically from October 10, 2025, to January 9, 2026.

Mr. Xie Zhikun plans to reduce his holdings by a total of no more than 2.5767 million shares through centralized bidding or block trading, accounting for no more than 0.96% of the company's total share capital. This reduction plan will also be carried out within three months starting from the fifteenth trading day after the announcement, specifically from October 10, 2025, to January 9, 2026
