# CTD: Wenzhou Yima Enterprise Management Center plans to reduce its holdings by 3.00% within 3 months

CTD announced that its shareholder Wenzhou Yima Enterprise Management Center, holding 18.0403 million shares, accounting for 3.91% of the total shares, plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 13.8341 million shares, accounting for 3.00% of the company's total share capital, within three months starting from 15 trading days after the announcement date, specifically from October 10, 2025, to January 9, 2026, through centralized bidding or block trading. If block trading is adopted, the total number of shares reduced within any consecutive 90 calendar days shall not exceed 2% of the company's total share capital, and the total number of shares reduced through centralized bidding shall not exceed 1%, with the reduction price determined by the market
