# ST ECEC: Ningbo Ningju reduced its holdings by 0.9563%

\*ST ECEC announced that its shareholder holding more than 5%, Ningbo Ningju Asset Management Center - Ningju Yingshanhong No. 3 Private Securities Investment Fund, will reduce its holdings of 2.328 million shares of the company through centralized bidding transactions from August 29, 2025, to September 9, 2025. The number of shares reduced accounts for 0.9563% of the company's total share capital, with an average reduction price of 10.27 yuan/share, and a price range of 9.89 yuan/share to 10.74 yuan/share; after the reduction, the number of shares held is 12.172 million shares, accounting for 4.9999% of the total share capital, and it will no longer be a shareholder holding more than 5% of the company
