# Heyuan Gas: Director Zhou Yu resigns due to job changes

On September 10, 2025, the board of directors of Hubei Heyuan Gas Co., Ltd. received a written resignation letter from director Zhou Yu. Zhou Yu applied to resign from his position as a director of the fifth board of directors due to job changes, with the original term set to end on July 25, 2027. After his resignation, he will not hold any position in the company or its holding subsidiaries, does not hold any shares in the company, and has no unfulfilled commitments. His resignation does not reduce the number of board members below the legal minimum and does not affect the normal operation of the company; the resignation application takes effect upon delivery. The company will complete the director's supplementary election as soon as possible.
