Previously, he planned to reduce his holdings by no more than 4.2425 million shares, accounting for 1.00%, through block trading within three months after the pre-disclosure of 15 trading days. On September 10, 2025, Zeng Jun cumulatively reduced his holdings by 4.2425 million shares through block trading at an average price of 10.41 yuan per share, accounting for 1.00%. The plan has been completed, and after the reduction, he holds 9.229 million shares, accounting for 2.18%
