# COFCO Technology & Industry shareholders plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 3%

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, COFCO Technology & Industry (301058.SZ) announced that its shareholder, Qiongqingcheng Shengliang Investment Management Partnership (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Shengliang Investment") and its concerted parties, Qiongqingcheng Shengliang Yihao Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Shengliang Yihao"), Qiongqingcheng Shengliang Erhao Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Shengliang Erhao"), Qiongqingcheng Shengliang Sanhao Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Shengliang Sanhao"), and Qiongqingcheng Shengliang Sihao Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Shengliang Sihao") plan to reduce their holdings of the company's shares by no more than 15.3682 million shares (not exceeding 3% of the company's total share capital) through block trading and centralized bidding within three months after the announcement date (from October 10, 2025, to January 9, 2026, excluding the period during which reductions are prohibited according to the relevant regulations of the China Securities Regulatory Commission and the Shenzhen Stock Exchange)
