YAWEI announced that the company's chairman, Leng Zhibin, plans to reduce his holdings of the company's shares by no more than 3.4623 million shares, accounting for 0.64% of the company's total share capital, through centralized bidding or block trading between October 13, 2025, and January 12, 2026. As of the announcement date, he holds 13.8493 million shares, accounting for 2.55%
