# SPC shareholders Zhongtai Asset Management plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 1%

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Qingxin Environment (002573.SZ) announced that its shareholder Zhongtai Securities Asset Management - Zhongtai Asset Management No. 7726 FOF Single Asset Management Plan - Zhongtai Asset Management No. 5601 Single Asset Management Plan (hereinafter referred to as "Zhongtai Asset Management Plan") plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 14.1527 million shares, accounting for no more than 1% of the company's total share capital, through centralized bidding within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement (i.e., from October 10, 2025, to January 9, 2026)
