# HUAKONG SEG shareholders SEGCL plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 3%

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, HUAKONG SEG (000068.SZ) announced that its shareholder Shenzhen SEG Co., Ltd. ("SEG") plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 30.2001 million shares (not exceeding 3% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding or block trading within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement (i.e., from October 11, 2025, to December 31, 2025)
