# Transtek plans to grant 2 million stock options with an exercise price of RMB 15.21 per share

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Transtek (300562.SZ) has disclosed the draft of its 2025 stock option incentive plan, proposing to grant a total of 2 million stock options to 40 incentive recipients, with an exercise price of 15.21 yuan per share. The validity period of this incentive plan is from the date of stock option authorization until all granted stock options are exercised or canceled, lasting no more than 36 months
