According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Transtek (300562.SZ) disclosed the "Cornerstone No. 1" employee stock ownership plan (draft), with a total number of participants not exceeding 25. The employee stock ownership plan intends to hold no more than 912,200 shares of the underlying stock, with a total fundraising cap of 6.9419 million yuan.

The duration of this employee stock ownership plan is 48 months, and the acquired underlying stocks will be subject to different lock-up periods of 12 months and 24 months, calculated from the date the draft of this employee stock ownership plan is approved by the company's shareholders' meeting and the company announces the transfer of the last underlying stock to the employee stock ownership plan
