# NEWAY's controlling shareholder and its concerted parties' equity change has reached the 1% threshold

Suzhou NEWAY Valve Co., Ltd. issued a notice stating that from July 22 to September 10, 2025, NEWAY Group cumulatively reduced its holdings in the company by 6,551,044 shares through centralized bidding, accounting for 0.84% of the current total share capital. After this change in equity, the shareholding ratio of the controlling shareholder and its concerted parties decreased from 64.25% to 62.82%, reaching the 1% threshold. This change is part of the implementation of the reduction plan and does not trigger a mandatory takeover bid, consistent with previous disclosures, and will not have a significant impact on the company's governance and operations. The controlling shareholder and actual controller remain unchanged. The reduction plan has not yet been fully executed, and the company will urge the information disclosure obligors to perform their duties in accordance with regulations
