# SHANGHAI YIZHONG: The chairman proposed to repurchase shares worth 30 million to 35 million yuan

SHANGHAI YIZHONG announced that Chairman Zhou Jinsong proposed to repurchase part of the company's shares through centralized bidding. The total amount of funds for the share repurchase is not less than 30 million yuan and not more than 35 million yuan, with the funding source being self-owned funds or self-raised funds. The repurchase price shall not exceed 150% of the average trading price of the company's shares over the 30 trading days prior to the board of directors' approval of the repurchase resolution. The repurchase period is within 3 months from the date of the shareholders' meeting approving this repurchase plan
