# GZYK's subsidiary applies for credit, with the cumulative guarantee amount accounting for 453.50% of net assets

GZYK announced the progress of comprehensive credit and guarantee matters for its subsidiary. In April 2025, a relevant meeting approved the proposal for the company and its holding subsidiaries to apply for a comprehensive credit limit of no more than 650 million yuan from financial institutions for the year 2025, and to mutually provide a cumulative guarantee limit of no more than 650 million yuan, which was approved by the shareholders' meeting in May. Recently, its wholly-owned subsidiary, Zhongxing Ophthalmology and New Vision Ophthalmology, respectively applied for a credit limit of 30 million yuan from the Shanghai branch of China Merchants Bank, with the company and related parties providing joint liability guarantees. After this guarantee, the total guarantee amount for the company and its subsidiaries reached 511.09 million yuan, accounting for 453.50% of the most recent audited net assets, all of which are internal mutual guarantees, with no external guarantee risks
