# Linuo Pharmaceutical Packaging: Signed a tripartite supervision agreement for fundraising

Linuo Pharmaceutical Packaging announced that recently the company, along with Minsheng Securities Co., Ltd. and the Jinan Branch of China CITIC Bank Co., Ltd., signed the "Tripartite Supervision Agreement on Raised Funds." According to the China Securities Regulatory Commission's "Approval on Shandong Linuo Special Glass Co., Ltd. to Issue Convertible Corporate Bonds to Unspecified Objects," the company will issue 5 million convertible corporate bonds with a face value of RMB 100 each, raising a total of RMB 500 million. After deducting issuance costs, the net amount raised will be RMB 491 million. The company has opened a new special account for raised funds at the Jinan Branch of China CITIC Bank Co., Ltd. and signed a new "Tripartite Supervision Agreement on Raised Funds" with the account bank and the sponsor institution
