# The equity asset transaction of Supezet's holding subsidiary has been completed

On July 9, 2025, the 20th meeting of the third board of directors of Shanghai Supezet Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. reviewed and approved the proposal for its holding subsidiary, Supezet Integrated Technology Co., Ltd., to sell its 95% equity stake in Zhuohe Energy Technology Co., Ltd. to Daishan Huafeng Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. On July 25, the proposal was approved by the company's first extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 2025, with a transaction price of 72.3 million yuan. As of the announcement date on September 12, the company has received the full transfer payment, and the industrial and commercial change registration procedures for the equity transfer of the target company have been completed. This equity transfer has been completed, and Zhuohe is no longer included in the company's consolidated financial statements
