# WANGNENG's subsidiary signs a franchise agreement for the kitchen waste treatment service project in Dazhu County

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, WANGNENG (002034.SZ) announced that on September 11, 2025, it received a supplementary agreement to the "Garbage Treatment Service Agreement of Dazhu County (Catering Waste Treatment Service Project)" signed between its wholly-owned subsidiary Zhejiang WANGNENG Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Zhejiang WANGNENG") and the People's Government of Dazhu County. The agreement specifies that Zhejiang WANGNENG's wholly-owned subsidiary, Zhejiang WANGNENG Ecological Technology Co., Ltd., will establish a project company registered in Quxian, and the newly established project company will undertake the investment and financing, design, construction, operation, maintenance, etc., of the catering waste treatment service project in Dazhu County during the cooperation period. The agreement amount: the service fee for catering waste collection and treatment is 240 yuan/ton.

The signing of this agreement aligns with the company's business strategic planning and is beneficial for enhancing the company's scale in catering waste treatment and strengthening its comprehensive strength in the solid waste treatment business field. The project will not have a significant impact on the company's operating performance for the year 2025, but its implementation will have a positive impact on the company's future business development and performance improvement
