HYDSOFT recently announced that its controlling shareholder, Shenhui Holdings, lifted the pledge of 2 million shares on September 9, accounting for 2.34% of its holdings and 0.50% of the total share capital; its concerted party, Huibo Chuangzhan, pledged 5.35 million shares of the initial public offering restricted shares on September 10, accounting for 8.92% of its holdings and 1.32% of the total share capital, for operational needs. As of the announcement date, the relevant shareholders and their concerted parties had cumulatively pledged 23.5 million shares, accounting for 5.82% of the company's total share capital. Shenhui Holdings and Huibo Chuangzhan have good creditworthiness, and the pledge risk is controllable, which does not affect the actual control of the company.
