According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, WUZHOU SPECIAL PAPER (605007.SH) has announced that in order to optimize the capital structure of its wholly-owned subsidiary WUZHOU SPECIAL PAPER (Jiangxi), enhance its capital strength, and improve the overall efficiency of the company and WUZHOU SPECIAL PAPER (Jiangxi), the company plans to increase its capital by RMB 780 million using its own funds. After the completion of this capital increase, the registered capital of WUZHOU SPECIAL PAPER (Jiangxi) will increase from the current RMB 1.1 billion to RMB 1.88 billion, and the company's shareholding ratio will remain unchanged
