After approval by the shareholders' meeting, on August 30, it received a registration quota of 6 billion yuan from the National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors. On September 10, 2025, the company issued the eighth phase of technology innovation bonds for 2025 in the national interbank market, with a total issuance amount of 500 million yuan, and the funds were fully received on September 11. The bond is referred to as "25 TKGF SCP008," with a term of 260 days and an issuance interest rate of 1.84%. In terms of subscriptions, there were 8 compliant subscribers with an amount of 920 million yuan; 6 effective subscribers with an amount of 570 million yuan
