# Rainbow Digital Technology: Shareholder Wulong Company reduced its holdings by over 1% from September 4 to 10

On May 29, 2025, Tianhong Digital Technology disclosed that Wulong Trading Co., Ltd. plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 3% within three months starting from June 23. The announcement on September 11 showed that from September 4 to 10, Wulong Company cumulatively reduced its holdings by 12.246 million shares through centralized bidding and block trading, accounting for 1.0477% of the total share capital. Before the change, its shareholding was 8.9152%, which decreased to 7.8675% after the change. The reduction was due to its own funding needs and will not lead to a change in the company's control, and it has not exceeded the agreed reduction plan, nor is there any violation of regulations
