Hubei Xingfa Chemical Group Co., Ltd. announced that the "Xingfa Convertible Bonds" publicly issued on September 22, 2022, will pay interest for the period from September 22, 2024, to September 21, 2025, on September 22, 2025. This is the third year of interest payment, with an annual coupon rate of 1.0%, and each convertible bond with a face value of 100 yuan will pay 1 yuan in interest. The interest payment registration date is September 19, and the ex-dividend date and payment date are September 22. The recipients of the interest payment are all holders registered as of September 19.
