Western Securities: Acquisition of 64.5961% shares of Guorong Securities has been completed
Western Securities announced that on September 11, 2025, the transfer registration of 1.151 billion shares of Guorong Securities held by Beijing Chang'an Investment Group Co., Ltd. and six other shareholders has been completed, all transferred to Western Securities, accounting for 64.5961% of Guorong Securities' total share capital. After this share change is completed, Western Securities holds 1.151 billion shares of Guorong Securities
