Taihe Intelligent announced that the company's shareholder Xu Dahong signed a second share transfer agreement with Sunshine New Energy, intending to transfer 10.6131 million shares to Sunshine New Energy, accounting for 5.79% of the total shares of the company. After the completion of this transfer, Sunshine New Energy's shareholding ratio will increase to 22.90%.
