ASD announced that the company and its subsidiaries need to pay additional taxes and late fees totaling approximately 5.1005 million yuan based on the self-inspection situation. As of the date of this announcement, 3.8585 million yuan in taxes and 1.242 million yuan in late fees have been paid. Currently, the company has completed the payment of the above taxes and late fees, and this additional payment does not involve administrative penalties. According to the relevant provisions of "Enterprise Accounting Standard No. 28 - Changes in Accounting Policies, Accounting Estimates and Corrections of Errors," the above additional tax payments and late fees do not constitute prior accounting errors and do not involve retrospective adjustments to prior financial data. The company and its subsidiaries' additional payment of the above taxes and late fees will be included in the profit and loss for the year 2025, and it is expected to affect the company's net profit for 2025 by 5.1005 million yuan, subject to the final audited financial statements for the year 2025
