On September 4, 2025, it reduced 7.496 million shares through block trading at a price of 5.07 yuan per share, accounting for 2.00% of the company's total share capital; from September 8 to 9, it reduced 2.2996 million shares through centralized bidding at a price of 5.29 yuan per share, accounting for 0.61%; the total reduction amounted to 9.7956 million shares, accounting for 2.61%. After the reduction, its holdings are 23.7934 million shares, accounting for 6.34%; the number of unrestricted shares decreased from 9.7956 million shares to 0 shares
