Invotech announced that its shareholder Suzhou Xieli Venture Capital Co., Ltd., holding more than 5% of the shares, owns 5.0692 million shares, accounting for 8.71%; it plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 581,700 shares, accounting for 1%, through centralized bidding within three months after the announcement is disclosed, starting from the 15th trading day
