SHNML: FORYOU was fined 4 million yuan

SHNML announced that its related party FORYOU received the "Administrative Penalty Decision" issued by the Shanxi Regulatory Bureau of the China Securities Regulatory Commission. The decision states that from April to June 2021, FORYOU, without the consent of Yangmei Chemical, directly transferred funds amounting to 1.126 billion yuan from Yangmei Chemical's account to FORYOU's account, constituting the non-operating fund occupation by the controlling shareholder. Yangmei Chemical's semi-annual report for 2021 and annual report for 2021 did not disclose the aforementioned non-operating fund occupation as required, resulting in a significant omission.
