# Qingdao DORIGHT's acquisition of Haowhale Cloud's equity transaction is still subject to uncertainties

Qingdao DORIGHT Energy-Saving Equipment Co., Ltd. announced the progress of the issuance of shares and cash payment for asset acquisition and the raising of supporting funds. The company intends to acquire 100% equity of Haowhale Cloud Computing Technology Co., Ltd., which is expected to constitute a major asset restructuring and related party transactions, but does not constitute a restructuring listing.
