According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Maxonic (300112.SZ) announced that its shareholder holding more than 5%, Zunwei Trading (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zunwei Trading"), plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 2.5 million shares (accounting for 0.8614% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding or block trading within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement
