# Haige Communications: Yang Haizhou plans to reduce his holdings by 0.14%

Haige Communications announced that shareholder Yang Haizhou, who holds 31.4251 million shares, plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 3.5 million shares through centralized bidding within three months after 15 trading days from the date of the announcement, accounting for 0.14% of the company's total share capital after excluding the repurchase special account. The shares to be reduced come from shares acquired before the company's initial public offering and shares obtained through capital reserve conversion into share capital, with the reduction price determined based on market prices
