SNC Net announced that the company received a share reduction notice from its shareholder Shanghai Senxiao Investment Center, which holds more than 5% of the shares. On September 11, 2025, Shanghai Senxiao reduced its holdings in the company by a total of 1,627,100 shares through centralized bidding, accounting for 1% of the company's total share capital. After this equity change, the shareholding ratio of Shanghai Senxiao decreased from 6.29% to 5.29%
