According to the Zhitong Finance APP, MICROGATE (300319.SZ) announced that Ms. Zhang Meirong, a shareholder holding 5.01%, plans to reduce her holdings in the company by no more than 8.791 million shares (accounting for 1% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding within three months after 15 trading days from the date of the announcement
