# One of the concerted action parties of Zhiyuan New Energy's controlling shareholders plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 3%

According to the announcement from Zhiyuan New Energy (300985.SZ), one of the company's controlling shareholders and acting in concert, Ms. Wang Ran, holds 35 million shares of the company (accounting for 18.7655% of the total shares; accounting for 18.8668% of the total shares excluding the shares held in the company's repurchase account). Ms. Wang Ran plans to reduce her holdings of the company's shares by no more than 1.8551 million shares (accounting for 1% of the total shares) through centralized bidding within three months after the announcement date, and to reduce her holdings by no more than 3.7102 million shares (accounting for 2% of the total shares) through block trading
