# MINDEO: NEWLAND plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 1.2%

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, MINDEO (300656.SZ) announced that its shareholder holding more than 5% of the shares, NEWLAND Digital Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "NEWLAND"), holds 10.1945 million shares of the company (accounting for 5.9997% of the company's total share capital after excluding repurchased shares). It plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 2.039 million shares, or no more than 1.2% of the total share capital after excluding the shares in the company's repurchase special account, within three months starting from 15 trading days after the announcement (from October 14, 2025, to January 13, 2026) through centralized bidding and/or block trading
