# JHSY plans to launch the third phase of its core employee stock ownership plan

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, JHSY (002597.SZ) has released the draft for the third phase of its core employee stock ownership plan, with a total fundraising cap of 324 million yuan. The specific amount will be determined based on the actual contributions made. The funding sources include the legal salaries of the company's employees, self-raised funds, and other legally permitted means. The repurchase price of the stock is 18 yuan per share.

The duration of this employee stock ownership plan is 36 months, starting from the date the company announces the transfer of the last batch of target stocks to this employee stock ownership plan. The target stocks obtained through legally permitted means will be unlocked in two phases, with the unlocking points being 12 months and 24 months after the company announces the transfer of stocks to this employee stock ownership plan. The maximum lock-up period is 24 months, with the unlocking proportions for each phase being 40% and 60%, respectively
