# Inovance Automotive IPO issue price is RMB 12.48 per share, subscription starts on September 15

According to the announcement from Inovance Automotive (301656.SZ), the issuer and the sponsor (lead underwriter) have determined the issuance price to be RMB 12.48 per share based on the preliminary inquiry results, taking into account remaining bids, intended subscription amounts, effective subscription multiples, the industry in which the issuer operates, market conditions, valuation levels of peer listed companies, funding needs, and underwriting risks. The offline issuance will no longer conduct cumulative bidding inquiries. The subscription date for the offline issuance and the online subscription date are both set for September 15, 2025 (T day)
