According to the Tianyancha App, on September 9th, Zhejiang Yinjie Automotive Parts Co., Ltd. underwent a business change, with the company name changed to Zhejiang Yinjie Automotive Parts Limited. Zhejiang Geely Holding Group Co., Ltd. exited the shareholder list, and some senior executives were also changed. Zhejiang Yinjie Automotive Parts Limited was established in June 2008, with Chen Ziqiang as the legal representative and a registered capital of 160 million RMB. The business scope includes manufacturing automotive parts and components, park management services, and more. Shareholder information shows that the company is now wholly owned by YINLUN
