# Jiangsu Province Issues Guidelines for Enterprises to Enter Data Resources into the Table

The Jiangsu Provincial Department of Finance recently formulated and issued the "Guidelines for the Inclusion of Enterprise Data Resources," providing an operational manual for the standardized inclusion of enterprise data resources. In the financial services sector, data assets also play an important role in solving industry challenges. The provincial data group, in collaboration with a credit reporting company, has developed the public data product "Su She Fen" based on data from the Human Resources and Social Security Department, relying on the provincial public data authorized operation platform. This product has been listed on the provincial data exchange and is being trialed at three financial institutions: Bank of China Jiangsu Branch, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Jiangsu Branch, and Bank of Jiangsu. "Su She Fen" converts social security and employment data into "credit scores," helping financial institutions accurately grasp the credit status of credit applicants. As of the end of June this year, the three trial institutions have cumulatively granted credit of 1.998 billion yuan based on the "Su She Fen" product. This innovative practice breaks the limitations of traditional financial risk control that overly relies on collateral guarantees, transforming the credit value of public data into the driving force for inclusive finance, achieving a breakthrough in "turning credit into capital."
