Honor's China region has launched a pilot channel reform, with the first batch of provinces canceling the "national package."
Honor has launched a reform of offline retail channels in 10 provinces in China as the first pilot. The original "national package" will be canceled in these 10 pilot provinces, with Heilongjiang, Jilin, Yunnan, Guizhou, and Xinjiang changing to direct supply from manufacturers, while Zhejiang, Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin, and Shenzhen will be taken over by Shenzhen aisidi Co., Ltd. for the "provincial package." At the manufacturer organization level, some star products, promotional staff, and employee relationships will be transferred to the "new provincial package," while all core positions in the provincial representative offices will be retained, experience stores will be integrated into the retail system, and only core positions will be retained at the city level, with non-core positions transferred to the "new provincial package."
