According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, STEC (600820.SH) stated that on September 12, 2025, it received a notice from its controlling shareholder, Urban Construction Group, regarding the implementation of the plan to increase its holdings of STEC A-shares. The Urban Construction Group has completed this increase plan, acquiring a total of 62.8818 million A-shares during the plan period; accounting for 2% of the total share capital of the listed company. The total amount of the increased shares is RMB 399 million (excluding transaction fees)
