CZTL announced that the company plans to invest 50 million yuan to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary in Changzhou, specifically engaged in the research and development, production, and sales of liquid cooling-related components and products applied in energy storage, servers, and other fields. In addition, the company agreed to waive its preferential right to acquire 22.5% equity transfer of its holding subsidiary Zhejiang Lichi Leao Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. This transfer is a restructuring of equity among direct relatives, and there has been no significant change in substantive rights and interests
