# FS Holdings: Li Zhenye reduced his holdings by 80,000 shares

FS Holdings announced that the implementation period for the share reduction plan by the company's directors and senior management has expired. On July 29, 2025, Mr. Li Zhenye reduced his holdings by 80,000 shares at an average price of 5.09 yuan through centralized bidding, accounting for 0.01% of the company's total share capital; his holdings decreased from 323,800 shares to 243,800 shares, with a holding ratio still at 0.03%, of which the unrestricted shares decreased from 80,938 shares to 938 shares. Ms. Yuan Fei did not reduce her holdings during this share reduction plan period, maintaining 750,000 shares, accounting for 0.08%. Previously, the two planned to reduce their holdings by no more than 187,500 shares and 80,900 shares, respectively, and the actual reduction situation was consistent with the plan
