JINGJIA MICRO announced that the company plans to increase its capital by RMB 220 million to Wuxi Chengheng Microelectronics Co., Ltd. using its own funds, subscribing to its newly increased registered capital of RMB 220 million. Upon completion of the transaction, the company will directly hold 34.65% of Chengheng Micro's equity and will collectively obtain 66.93% of the voting rights through a concerted action relationship, becoming its controlling shareholder. Chengheng Micro will become a controlled subsidiary of JINGJIA MICRO and will be included in the consolidated financial statements.
