# SPICIFH plans to carry out a REITs-like follow-up business using the Liangcun Thermal Power assets

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, SPICIFH (000958.SZ) announced that in November 2022, the company issued asset-backed notes (referred to as quasi-REITs) in the interbank market with Shijiazhuang Liangcun Thermal Power Co., Ltd. (referred to as Liangcun Thermal Power or the project company) as the underlying asset, with an issuance scale of 1.77 billion yuan. The project is set to mature in November 2025. SPICIFH plans to continue issuing a new series of quasi-REITs products in the interbank market with Liangcun Thermal Power as the underlying asset, with the expected issuance scale not exceeding 1.74 billion yuan
