# CAIDA SECURITIES shareholders reduce their holdings, with the shareholding ratio dropping to 12.86%

CAIDA SECURITIES announced that its shareholder, Hebei State-owned Assets Holding and Operating Co., Ltd., reduced its holdings by a total of 26.3361 million shares through block trading and centralized bidding from July 8 to September 12, accounting for 0.81% of the total share capital. After this change in equity, the combined shareholding ratio of Guokong Operations and its concerted party, Hebei Guokong Investment Management Co., Ltd., decreased from 13.67% to 12.86%, reaching the 1% threshold. This reduction is part of Guokong Operations' previously planned actions, and as of September 12, the reduction plan has not yet been completed. This change in equity does not trigger a mandatory tender offer, will not result in changes to the controlling shareholder and actual controller, has no significant impact on corporate governance and operations, and does not require the disclosure of an equity change report
