# XIZANG TOURISM: Shareholder with more than 5% stake, Lvtou Group, reduced its holdings by 0.31%

XIZANG TOURISM announced that its shareholder holding more than 5%, Xizang International Tourism Culture Investment Group Co., Ltd., will reduce its holdings by 703,200 shares through centralized bidding from September 5 to September 11, 2025, accounting for 0.31% of the company's total share capital. After the change in equity, the investment group holds 13,562,700 shares of the company, accounting for 5.98% of the company's total share capital. This reduction complies with the previously disclosed reduction plan and will not lead to changes in the company's controlling shareholder or actual controller
