# Union Precision: Shenzhen Capital Group and its concerted parties plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 3%

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Union Precision (688210.SH) announced that Shenzhen Capital Group and its concerted action Talent No. 1 Fund plan to reduce their holdings in the company through centralized bidding, with a total of no more than 1.6024 million shares, accounting for no more than 1% of the company's total share capital; they also plan to reduce their holdings through block trading, with a total of no more than 3.2048 million shares, accounting for no more than 2% of the company's total share capital. The reduction period for the above shareholders will be within 3 months after 15 trading days from the date of the announcement
