# Bonree shareholders plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 5.4%

According to the announcement from Bonree (688229.SH), due to its own capital arrangements, Yuanheng Lihui plans to reduce its holdings in the company by no more than 320,000 shares, accounting for no more than 0.72% of the company's total share capital. This includes Mr. Cheng Jie reducing his indirect holdings by 89,000 shares. Due to personal capital needs, Mr. Meng Xidong plans to reduce his holdings in the company by no more than 1 million shares through centralized bidding and block trading, accounting for no more than 2.25% of the company's total share capital. Due to personal capital needs, Mr. Feng Yunbiao plans to reduce his holdings in the company by no more than 1.08 million shares through centralized bidding and block trading, accounting for no more than 2.43% of the company's total share capital. The reduction period is within three months after 15 trading days from the announcement date
